Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na prípravu a testovanie matricových tabliet obsahujúcich sulfónamidy ako potenciálne účinné látky pri liečbe Alzheimerovej choroby. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focusing on the preparation and testing of matrix tablets, containing sulfonamides as potential active substances in treatment of Alzheimer diasease. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of selected pharmacotherapeutic ways used in the present, supplemented with information about new potential drugs.
