Patogenní lektiny představují podstatnou část bakteriálních a plísňových infekčních mechanismů. Pathogenic lectins represent a substantial part of bacterial and fungal infection mechanisms. This diploma thesis has been focused firstly on a mutant form of AFL1 lectin, which is considered as a model system for the study of complex interactions.
