Systémy v inspici

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rolí inspicienta v českém a světovém prostředí, jeho pracovní náplní, různými inspičními systémy, a zároveň podkládá prezentovanou teorii rozsáhlým dotazníkovým šetřením a zúčastněným pozorováním. Jednotlivé oblasti kategorizuje a nachází nový systém v pohlížení na toto povolání.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the role of a stage manager in the Czech and global environment, their job description, various stage management systems, and at the same time supports the presented theory with an extensive questionnaire survey and participant observation. It categorizes individual areas and finds a new system in the perspective of this profession.
