Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit význam Balkánské migrační trasy ve Francii v souvislosti s Evropskou migrační krizí z roku 2015. Sekundárním cílem je dále analýza vybraných termínů z oblasti uprchlického práva. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol, teoretické a praktické. The main objective of this thesis is to assess the significance of the Balkan migration route in France in the context of the European migration crisis of 2015. The secondary objective is to analyse selected terms in the field of refugee law. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical.
