Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat odbavování zákazníků v restauraci McDonalds v Mladé Boleslavi a pokusit se ho pomocí modelů hromadné obsluhy, programového systému STORM a modulu STOCHASTIKA optimalizovat. The aim of this research is to evaluate the queuing system in a McDonald's restaurant in Mlada Boleslav and to try it to optimize with queuing models, system STORM and module STOCHASTIKA.
