Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá poistnou zmluvou a poskytuje prehľad o jej súčasnej právnej úprave. Poukazuje na vývoj tohto inštitútu, vzťahy z neho vyplývajúce, ako aj nedostatky v našej právnej úprave.
