Motivation of managers from Generation Z
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci budoucích manažerů z generace Z a její vztah k pracovnímu prostředí a k co nejefektivnějšímu výkonu. Cílem této práce je zmapovat úroveň motivace u studentů manažerských oborů z generace Z a zhodnotit jejich vztah mezi motivací a výkonností v pracovním prostředí a navrhnout doporučení pro implementaci efektivních motivačních programů v organizacích.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused od the motivation of future managers from generation Z and it’s relationship to the work environment and to the most effecient performance.
