Diagnóza monoklonální gamapatie nejasného významu (MGUS) je prekancerózou spojenou s trvale vyšším rizikem vzniku maligní choroby, nejčastěji v podobě mnohočetného myelomu (MM). Již ve stádiu MGUS se v plazmatických buňkách kostní dřeně nachází chromozomové aberace. Abstract:
Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) is a precancerosis that is permanently associated with higher risk of development into a malignant disease, in most cases multiple myeloma (MM).
