Analytická chemie a také další chemické obory se v poslední době snaží být ekologicky a zároveň ekonomicky efektivní. Vysokoteplotní kapalinová chromatografie (HTLC) s podkritickou vodnou mobilní fází splňuje obě tato kritéria. Analytical chemistry as well as other fields of chemistry nowadays make efforts to be more ecologically and when it?s possible also economically effective. High temperature liquid chromatography (HTLC) using superheated water as a mobile phase covers both criteria.
