Identification of factors of employee turnover in the selected organization

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je identifikace faktorů fluktuace ve vybrané společnosti. Teo-retická část se soustředí na komplexní shrnutí poznatků souvisejících s fluktuací. Na základě teoretické části byl vytvořen model zkoumaných faktorů, jako podklad pro praktickou část práce. Hlavním nástrojem pro dosažení cíle byla využita kvantitativní metoda sběru dat, formou dotazníkové šetření. Poté na základě regresního modelu byly zjištěny statisticky významné proměnné na záměr odchodu. Z dosažených výsledků jsou sestavena doporučení pro vybra-nou organizaci, ke snížení míry fluktuace.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors of turnover in the selected company. The theoretical part focuses on a comprehensive summary of knowledge related to turnover. On the basis of the theoretical part, a model of the investigated factors was created as a basis for the practical part of the thesis. The main tool used to achieve the objective was a quantitative method of data collection, in the form of a questionnaire survey. Then, based on the regression model, statistically significant variables on the intention to leave were identified. From the results obtained, recommendations are made to the selected organization, to reduce the turnover rate.
