Předmětem diplomové práce „Management inovací“ je v první části vymezení stěžejních teoretických poznatků týkajících se managementu inovací v podniku. The goal of the submitted thesis “Innovation management” is to introduce basic theoretical background for innovation management in companies. In second part of thesis you can find analyses of approach the clients towards the bank with focus on internet and mobile banking.
