Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo charakterizovať právnu úpravu kúpnej zmluvy na základe Obchodného a Občianskeho zákonníka. Prácu sme si rozdelili do štyroch kapitol. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme základným náležitostiam kúpnej zmluvy, kde sa zameriavame na pojem a obsah kúpnej zmluvy a právnu úpravu kúpnej zmluvy.
