Protective Treatment in the Legal Systems of the Czech Republic in Selected Country
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ukládáním a výkonem ochranných opatření ochranného léčení a zabezpečovací detence. Cílem práce je tyto instituty analyzovat s ohledem na právo na osobní svobodu. V další části se pak dále zabývá analýzou institutů obdobné povahy ve španělském právním řádu a následně je komparuje.
Abstract:
This dissertation deals with the imposition and execution of protective measures of protective treatment and protective detention. The aim is to analyze these two institutions regarding the right for a personal liberty. In the following part cognate institutions in the law of Spain are being analyzed and compared.
