Nursing care in patients with open fracture of upper and lower limbs.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice léčby otevřených zlomenin. V teoretické části je stručně popsána obecná anatomie kosti a dále podrobněji uvedena anatomie kostí horní a dolní končetiny. Dále jsou zde uvedeny bližší informace o zlomeninách, jejich dělení, diagnostice a hojení zlomenin. V další kapitole je podrobně popsaná problematika otevřených zlomenin, jejich léčba, osteosyntéza, komplikace a ošetřovatelská péče a rehabilitace. Ve výzkumné části zjišťuji pomocí retrospektivní studie, kolik pacientů s otevřenou zlomeninou bylo přijato v časovém období 14 měsíců. Výzkum je doplněn třemi kazuistikami, které mají přiblížit průběh hospitalizace u pacientů s touto diagnózou.

Abstract:

The bachelor paper focuses on the treatment of open fractures. The theoretical part briefly describes general bone anatomy and further also upper and lower limb anatomy. Furthermore, the paper deals with more detailed information on fractures, its division, diagnostics and healing. Next chapter describes the issues of open fractures, its treatment, osteosynthesis, complications, nursing care and physiotherapy. The research part is focused on how many patients with open fractures were admitted during the period of 14 month using a retrospective study. The research includes three case studies in order to introduce the course of hospitalization in patients with such diagnosis.
