Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje podmínky, za kterých může token naplňovat definiční znaky pojmu investiční nástroj. Úvodem je analyzován pojem investičního nástroje s ohledem na národní a unijní právní úpravu i doktrínu, zejména dochází k identifikaci formálních a materiálních znaků investičního nástroje. This thesis analyses the conditions under which a token can meet the definition of investment instrument. Firstly, the concept of investment instrument is analysed with regard to national and EU legislation and doctrine, especially the formal and material features of the investment instrument are identified.
