Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací rizik a následně analyzuje, zda interní audit v dané společnosti je schopen odhalit míru závažnosti rizik. Cílem je pomocí metod a postupů, které lze využít k výzkumu společnosti, navrhnout možná opatření, která povedou k zefektivnění a optimalizaci procesu řízení rizik. The thesis is devoted to the risk identification and subsequently analyze whether internal audit is able to detect degree of risk of the described company.
