Zajištění nároku poškozeného v trestním řízení

The Ensure of the Claim of Involved Person in Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou postavení poškozeného v trestním řízení, zejména pak zajištěním jeho nároku na náhradu škody. Jsou zde podrobně popsány jednotlivé zajišťovací instituty a postupy orgánů činných v trestním řízení při jejich aplikaci. Stručně je v práci zmíněna rovněž problematika odčerpávání výnosů z trestné činnosti.
Abstract:
This work focuses on the issue of the sufferer's position in the criminal proceeding, mainly securing his appealed claim to make amends. Main part of work is devoted to the questions that are referring to institutions that gather the assets in legal proceedings.
