Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o vzdělávání dospělých v souvislosti s rekvalifikačními kurzy v oboru cukrář – cukrářka. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit pracovní listy, které budou obsahovat ke každému výrobku fotografie. Při každé fázi výroby by bylo možné vidět, jak v tu danou chvíli má výrobek vypadat. The bachelor thesis deals with adult education in connection with retraining confectioner courses. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create such worksheets that will contain a photograph of each product. It will be possible to see how the product should look at each stage of its production.
