Fluorescent labels for real-time monitoring of immunocomplexes
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme konstrukci evanescentního optovláknového biosenzoru za účelem sledování vazby fluorescenčně značeného albuminu na protilátku. Jsou vyzkoušeny různé způsoby převodu excitačního světla do optického vlákna: dichroické zrcátko, otočné zrcátko a přímé spojení plastových vláken.
Abstract:
In this thesis we attempt to construct the evanescent fiber-optic biosensor in order to study the binding of fluorescently labeled albumin with antibody. Different ways of coupling the excitation light into the optical fiber are used: dichroic mirror, turnable mirror a direct attachment of plastic fibers.
