Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje současnou právní úpravu ochranných známek, vymezuje náležitostí platné známky, překážky zápisu, práva plynoucí ze zapsané známky a postup podání přihlášky k zápisu, dále právní úpravu ochranné známky společenství a postup podání přihlášky k jejímu zápisu. Je zde uveden vztah porušení práv z ochranných známek a nekalé soutěže a vymahatelnost práv z ochranných známek.

Bachelor thesis describes the current trade mark law, defines the requirements applicable signs, barriers to registration rights under the registered trademarks and the procedure of application for registration, as well as legislation and the Community trade mark application procedure for its registration.
