Abstract:
Volně žijící améby jsou častými hostiteli symbiotických bakterií. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na detekci symbiotických chlamydií pomocí molekulárních metod, konkrétně analýzy genu kódujícího 16S rRNA. Praktická část práce zahrnovala prověření celkem 86 vzorků DNA z 50 kmenů volně žijících améb. Během PCR amplifikace byly otestovány 4 sady primerů specifických pro chlamydie. Abstract:
Free-living amoebae, frequent hosts of bacteria, were screened for the presence of chlamydial symbionts using molecular approach. A total of 86 DNA samples from 50 strains of free living amoebae was analysed by amplification of the 16S rRNA genes with four different primer sets designed for Chlamydiae and by sequencing of amplicons.
