Abstract:
V bakalárskej práci sa venujeme problematike konateľa spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným, jeho ustanovenie do funkcie, postavenie v spoločnosti s.r.o., práv a povinnosti pri výkone funkcie. V prvej časti práce sa venujeme spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným jej základným pojmom. Druhá časť je zameraná na detailnejší opis konateľa jednotlivých práv a povinností v súčasnej legislatíve.
