Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem seniorek v prostředí univerzity třetího věku. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí – teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část přibližuje základní pojmy. Vymezuje odchod do důchodu jako důležitý životní mezník v životě člověka, seniora a změny, ke kterým dochází ve stáří. The diploma thesis deals with female seniors at the University of the Third Age. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part defines basic concepts.
