Stress among managers and posibilities of preventing its adverse effects

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu u manažerů a analyzuje možnosti prevence jeho negativních dopadů. Práce kombinuje teoretický pohled na stres a jeho faktory s praktickým výzkumem zaměřeným na posouzení stresu u manažerů a efektivity různých metod práce se stresem ve vybrané společnosti. Prevence negativních dopadů stresu je rozebrána z teoretického hlediska a tyto poznatky spolu s výsledky výzkumu jsou poté využity v návrhové časti zabývající se prací se stresem pro manažery.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the issue of stress among the managers and analyzes the posibilities of preventing its negative impacts. Combining theoretical perspective of stress and all its factors with practical research focused on evaluating stress among managers and the effectivnes of stress-reducing methods in a selected company. The prevention of negative effects of stress is examined from a theoretical standpoint, and these insights, along with the research results are then utilized to suggest the best methods and practises for stress management
