Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zachováním práva na soukromí v konfliktu s pořizováním obrazových, ale i zvukových a smíšených záznamů. Cílem bakalářské práce je právě určit, v jakých případech je možné prolomit právo na soukromí a uvést právní normy, které vymezují legální práci jak se zvukovými, tak i obrazovými záznamy. The thesis is focused on conservation of privacy rights, and it’s conflict with acquiring video and other records. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to determinate in which cases is possible to trespass these privacy rights and introduce law standards which define legal work with video and sound records.
