Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje vybraným legislativním aspektům komerčních výstupů na Mont Blanc. Práce poukazuje na běžnou praxi českých cestovních kanceláří, které se zabývají výstupy na Mont Blanc. Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět ke zlepšení informovanosti v oblasti komerčních výstupů ve velehorách na příkladu komerčních výstupů na Mont Blanc v České republice. Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with selected aspects of commercial outlets legislative Mont Blanc. Work refers to the common practice of Czech travel agencies that deal with trips to Mont Blanc. The aim of the thesis is to improve awareness of commercial outlets in the high mountains on the example of commercial ascent of Mont Blanc in the Czech Republic.
