Cílem bakalářské práce je zkoumání nové hliníkové slitiny AlSi9MgNiCuMn0,6, která následně bude využita pro výrobu segmentů forem v automobilovém průmyslu. Původní slitina, kterou firma používá, zapříčiňuje při výrobě pneumatik nalepení materiálu na segment. Nová slitina bude podrobena destruktivním zkouškám a zkoumaná pod mikroskopem. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate a new aluminum alloy AlSi9MgNiCuMn0,6, which in turn will be used for the manufacture of molds segments in the automotive industry. The original alloy used by the company, causes the production of tires sticking material segment. The new alloy is subjected to destructive tests and examined under a microscope.
