Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem struktury, termických a fyzikálních vlastností biopolymerních kompozitních struktur obsahujících celulózová vlákna a uhličitan vápenatý. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části je řešena problematika biopolymerů, vláknových a částicových kompozitů. Dále se zabývá podrobným rozborem uhličitanu vápenatého a celulózových vláken. Samostatná podkapitola je věnována vlastnostem a výrobě kyseliny polymléčné. V experimentální části je nejdříve popsán postup výroby vyhotovených kompozitních struktur. Načež jsou hodnoceny, strukturní, termické a mechanické vlastnosti v závislosti na množství a typu použitého plniva. V závěrečné části práce je diskuze vyhodnocených výsledků s doporučením pro další výzkumnou činnost.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the study of the structure, thermal and physical properties of biopolymer composite structures containing cellulose fibers and calcium carbonate. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part addresses the issue of biopolymers, fiber and particle composites. It also deals with a detailed analysis of calcium carbonate and cellulose fibers. A separate subchapter is devoted to the properties and production of polylactic acid. In the experimental part, the process of production of composite structures is first described. Then, the structural, thermal and mechanical properties are evaluated depending on the amount and the type of filler used. In the final part of the thesis there is a discussion of the evaluated results with recommendations for further research activities.
