Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě s cílem zhodnotit současný stav komunikace a identifikovat nedostatky vyžadující pozornost. Kombinuje teoretický přístup k oblasti interní komunikace s praktickým zkoumáním současné situace ve vybrané firmě. Smíšený výzkum kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření poskytuje komplexní pohled na problematiku řešenou z různých perspektiv s využitím komparativní metody. Dále představuje SWOT analýzu identifikující silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby spojené s interní komunikací v dané organizaci. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy pro management podniku posilující efektivnější komunikaci. Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce je využití inovačního potencionálu podniku prostřednictvím implementace nových inovativních nástrojů interní komunikace.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on examining internal communication within a selected company with the aim of evaluating the current state of communication and identifying deficiencies requiring attention. It combines a theoretical approach to the field of internal communication with a practical examination of the current situation in the selected company. Mixed-method research involving both quantitative and qualitative surveys provides a comprehensive view of the issue from various perspectives using a comparative method. It also presents a SWOT analysis identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with internal communication in a given organization. The outcome of the thesis includes proposals for management to enhance more effective communication. The main contribution of this thesis lies in harnessing the innovative potential of the company through the implementation of new innovative internal communication tools.
