Mediation as a Way of Commercial Disputes Resolution
Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřena na užití mediace jako varianty řešení obchodních sporů. Cílem práce je seznámení čtenáře s oblastí mimosoudních řešení sporů, historií mediace, s jejími přínosy i případnými zápory. Je dán prostor popisu samotného průběhu mediace, osoby mediátora, vztahů účastníků. Poslední část práce je věnována legislativní úpravě mediace v České republice a Evropské unii.
Abstract:
My bachelor’s works focuses on the use of mediation as an option resolution of commercial disputes. The goal of my works is readers’s introduction with the area in extrajudicial resolutions of disputes, a history of mediation, its benefits and potential negatives.
