Influence of the Techniques of Selected Surface Treatments on Fouling of the Mold Cavity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kaučukovou směsí a jejím rozdělením a složkami směsi. Dále je popsán princip vulkanizace a její způsoby a možnosti zpracování kaučukové směsi. Následně jsou popsány materiály vhodné k výrobě dutin forem. Dále popisuji povrchové úpravy, jejich rozdělení a použití. V neposlední řadě se zabývám vlivem procesních podmínek, materiálu dutiny formy a povrchové úpravy na kontaminaci. V praktické části byl vyhodnocován vliv odlišných povrchových úprav na kontaminaci destiček pomocí analýzy FTIR, bylo provedeno hodnocení drsnosti povrchu a byly pořízeny fotografie. pořízených fotografií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the rubber mixture and its distribution and components of the mixture. Next, the principle of vulcanization and its methods and possibilities of rubber compound processing are described. Subsequently, materials suitable for the manufacture of mold cavities are described. Furthermore, I describe surface treatments, their distribution and use. Last but not least, I deal with the influence of process conditions, mold cavity material and surface treatment on contamination. In the practical part, the effect of differ-ent surface treatments on platelet contamination by FTIR analysis was evaluated, surface roughness was evaluated and photographs were taken. photos.
