Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá výkonem rodičovské zodpovědnosti v případě jednotlivých institutů náhradní péče o dítě - poručenství, péče jiné fyzické osoby, pěstounská péče, předosvojitelská péče, ústavní a ochranná výchova. This thesis deals with the realisation of parental responsibility for the individual institutions of substitute care of the child - guardianship, care for another person, foster care, pre-adoption care, and in the case of adjudicated treatment in a special institution.
