Práce je věnována umělecko-historickému a historicko-sociologickému zmapování pohřebišť v Krkonoších. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována historii regionu, nahlížené skrze jeho multietnické (česko-německé) osídlení, jednotlivým hřbitovům, písemným a ikonografickým pramenům (obecní a farní kroniky, vlastivědná literatura německé provenience apod.), které se k nim vztahují. Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to art-historical and social-historical mapping of burial grounds in the area of Giant Mountains. Extra attention is paid to the history of region, seen through Czech-German settlement, specific cemeteries, written and iconographic sources (municipal and parish chronicles, geographical literature of German provenance etc. ).
