Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na komparaci produktů udržitelného cestovního ruchu lyžařských areálů v Krkonoších a Vysokých Tatrách. Cílem práce je porovnat produkty udržitelného cestovního ruchu v horských oblastech na příkladu České a Slovenské republiky. Z hlediska významu cestovního ruchu byly vybrány dvě nejnavštěvovanější oblasti nacházející se v příhraničním regionu na území národního parku. Na základě výsledků komparativní analýzy navrhnout možnosti řešení z pohledu udržitelného cestovního ruchu. První část práce se snaží přiblížit základní terminologii udržitelného rozvoje, udržitelného cestovního ruchu, cestovního ruchu a horských oblastí. Další část je konkrétně zaměřena na vymezení destinace na regionální i lokální úrovni. Navazuje systémem řízení cestovního ruchu na regionální úrovni a přibližuje činnost turistických informačních center v konkrétních destinacích. Také se věnuje investiční činnosti související s lyžařskými středisky v daných regionech, ale i s konkrétním vybraným lyžařským areálem. Pokračuje popisem vybraných lyžařských areálů a pomocí komparativní analýzy tato střediska porovnává z mnoha aspektů. Závěr druhé části je věnován analýze statistických dat a dotazníkovému šetření souvisejícímu s produktem udržitelného cestovního ruchu lyžařských areálů tedy s destinacemi, ve kterých se lyžařské areály nacházejí. Zjištěné výsledky byly vzájemně porovnány. Poslední, třetí část, představuje možné návrhy a doporučení k řešení zjištěných problémů či nedostatků, které by měly přispět k udržitelnosti cestovního ruchu v těchto destinacích a k jeho posílení.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on comparison of sustainable tourism products of ski areas in the Krkonoše and the Vysoké Tatry. The aim of this work is to compare the products of sustainable tourism in mountain areas on the example of the Czech and Slovak Republic. In view of the importance of tourism the most visited areas in the border region on the territory of the National Park have been selected. On the basis of the results of the comparative analysis suggest solutions from the perspective of sustainable tourism. The first part of the work attempts to get closer to the basic terminology of sustainable development, sustainable tourism, tourism and mountain areas. The next part is specifically focused on the definition of destinations at regional and local level. It follows with tourism management system at the regional level and makes the activity of tourist information centres in specific destinations. It is also dedicated to the investment activities related to the ski centres in the regions concerned, but also with particular selected ski area. Continues with a description of the selected ski resorts and compares the centres in many aspects using comparative analysis. The conlusion of the second part is devoted to the analysis of statistical data and questionnaire investigation related to a product of sustainable tourism destinations with ski areas in which ski areas are located. The results were compare to each other. The last, third part represents the possible proposals and recommendations to address the identified problems and deficiencies, which should contribute and enhance sustainable tourism in the destinations.
