Drug in the life of a juvenile delinquent

Abstract:

Drogová závislost je společensky nebezpečná v tom, že narkoman potřebuje stále větší dávku. Tu si není schopen obstarat z vlastních finančních zdrojů, a proto začíná krást, loupit a přepadat. Tím dochází ke kriminalitě, která končí ve vazebních věznicích a věznicích. Z teoretického hlediska je cílem diplomové práce „Droga v životě mladistvého delikventa“ definovat drogy a drogovou závislost. V úvodu práce budou popsány drogy, jejich charakteristika a vliv na vnímání, chování a jednání člověka, včetně různých aspektů závislosti. Zaměřím se na rizikové faktory podporující zneužívání drog a vznik závislostí a na osobnost mladistvého z hlediska psychologie, sociologie a pedagogiky. Dále budou popsány příčiny vzniku delikvence a kriminality a problematika primární, sekundární a terciární prevence. Z výzkumného hlediska je cílem diplomové práce zjistit, jaký vliv má zneužívání drog na páchání trestné činnosti mladistvých a adolescentů. Z metodického hlediska je cílem realizace kvalitativního výzkumu. Zvolenou metodou výzkumu je rámcová analýza kazuistik a strukturovaný rozhovor s otev¬řenými otázkami. Cílovou skupinou výzkumu jsou mladiství a adolescenti, uživatelé drog a jiných návykových látek, obvinění a odsouzení, kteří byli v minulosti umístěni ve Vazební věznici Brno a v době provádění výzkumu jsou umístěni ve věznici pro výkon trestu odnětí svobody pro mladistvé. Velké procento pachatelů trestných činů je ve věznici umístěno v souvislosti s pácháním trestné činnosti pod vlivem omamných a psychotropních látek nebo páchané s cílem opatřit si trestnou činností finanční hotovost potřebnou k nákupu drog.

Abstract:

Drug addiction is socially dangerous in that the addict needs ever greater doses. Then you can not get its own financial resources and, therefore, begins to steal, rob and assault. This leeds to crime, which ends in detention facilities and prisons. From a theoretical perspective, the aim of the thesis „in the lives of young drug offender“ to define the Drugs and Drug Addiction. The introduction will be described drugs, their characteristics and impact on perception, behavior and human behavior, including various aspects of addiction. I will focus on risk factors supporting the emergence of drug abuse and addiction and the personality of a juvenile in terms of psychology, sociology and pedagogy. They will describe the causes of delinquency and crime, and problems of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. From a research perspective is the thesis to determine the effect of drug abuse in juvenile offending and adolescents. From a methodological point of view to the implementation of qualitative research. The method of research is a framework analysis of case reports and a structured interview with open questions. The target group of the research are teenagers and adolescents, drug users and other substance abuse, accused and convicted persons who were previously placed in Brno Remand Prison and the time of the research are placed in a prison for prison sentences for juveniles. A large percentage of offenders are placed in prison in connection with the commission of crime under the influence of narcotics and psychotropic substances, or committed to crime to raise cash needed to buy drugs.
