Abstract:

V práci se zabývám výrobou karosérie z kompozitního materiálu pro elektromobil, který byl konstruován v rámci projektu VŠTE. V teoretické části jsou popsány kompozitní materiály, jejich složení, výhody, nevýhody a technologie výroby. Dále jsou zde uvedeny typy karosérií používaných v automobilovém průmyslu. V aplikační části specifikuji výběr materiálu a technologie na výrobu dílů. Další část je věnována výrobě forem pro jednotlivé části karosérie podle počítačových 3D modelů, na kterou navazuje proces laminování. Poslední části jsou věnovány povrchové úpravě a montáži finálních dílů na rámovou konstrukci.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the production of a body of composite material for an electric vehicle, which was part of the VŠTE project. In the theoretical part are described composite materials, their composition, advantages, disadvantages and produciton technologies. In addition, there are types of vehicle bodies used in the automotive industry. In the application section I specify the selection of material and technology for the production of body parts. Another part is devoted to the production of molds for individual parts of the car body according to the computer 3D models to which the lamination process follows. The last part is devoted to surface treatment of vehicle and assembly of final parts on the frame construction.
