Critical analysis of current legal regulations of civil execution proceedings and possibilities for future development
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou řízení o výkon rozhodnutí podle Části šesté Občanského soudního řádu a exekučního řízení podle Exekučního řádu č. 120/2001 Sb. v jejich vzájemné souvislosti. S ohledem na jistou nedokonalost úpravy obsahuje i zamyšlení nad možnostmi nápravy a nad jejím budoucím vývojem.
Abstract:
This work deals with the current legal regulations of the civil execution proceedings pursuant to part six of civil proceeding code No. 99/1963 Coll. in comparison with Act No. 120/2001 Coll. about the court executors and executive act (executory order). Work also contains suggestions about possibilities for future development.
