The aim of the thesis is to overview methods and instruments of pricing socioeconomic impacts in the community facilities field. The thesis contains four chapters. Predmetom diplomovej práce je vytvorenie prehľadu techník a nástrojov oceňovania socioekonomických dopadov projektov v oblasti občianska vybavenosť. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Prvé dve kapitoly predstavujú teoretický základ práce, definujú pojem občianska vybavenosť s výberom konkrétnych zariadení. Následne sú vymedzené jednotlivé metódy oceňovania nehmotných položiek.
