Téma diplomové práce zní Charakteristika života jedinců se somatickým postižením a jejich rodin v dnešní společnosti. Práce má dvě části, a to: teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se zabývá charakteristikou somatických vad, jejich klasifikací, etiologií a osobností jedince se somatickým postižením.
