Pulsed laser deposition of photocatalytic nanomaterials for organics degradation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pulsní laserovou depozicí fotokatalytických nanomateriálů, které jsou vhodné pro degradaci organických látek. V práci jsou popsány využívané fotokatalytické látky a způsoby analýzy vzorků. Cílem práce je vytvořit speciální fotokatalytickou vrstvu na povrchu materiálu. Jelikož při ablaci dochází k extrémním teplotním šokům, vymyká se tento pokus klasické termodynamice či fázovým diagramům. Přínos této práce je v inovativním využití fotokatalytických látek při boji se znečištěním odpadních vod.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with pulsed laser deposition of photocatalytic nanomaterials, which are suitable for degradation of organic substances. The thesis describes the photocatalytic materials that are commonly used and the methods of sample analysis. The aim of the work is to create a special photocatalytic layer on the surface of the material. Since extreme thermal shocks occur during ablation, this experiment defies classical thermodynamics or phase diagrams. The contribution of this work lies in the innovative use of photocatalytic substances in combating wastewater pollution.
