Possibities of using criminalistic reconstruction

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi kriminalistické rekonstrukce, jejím vymezením, taktikou a fyzickými důkazy. V první kapitole jsou prvně vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s tématem práce a to v jaké míře chápeme pojem rekonstrukce, trestní podmínky rekonstrukce, pojem a podstata významu slova rekonstrukce, jaké máme forenzní vědy a kriminalistická rekonstrukce jako vědecká praxe. V druhé kapitole jsou podrobněji popsány, jaké máme druhy kriminalistické rekonstrukce. Třetí kapitola je podrobně popsána taktika rekonstrukce trestného činu. Ve čtvrté kapitole se bakalářská práce věnuje především fyzickým důkazům, které vzniknou během trestného činu, jako jsou například stopové důkazy při kriminalistické rekonstrukci, rekonstrukce krvavých skvrn či rekonstrukce incidentu střelby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of forensic reconstruction, its definition, tactics and physical evidence. The first chapter explains the basic concepts related to the topic of the work and the extent to which we understand the concept of reconstruction, criminal conditions of reconstruction, the concept and nature of the word reconstruction, what we have forensic science and forensic reconstruction as a scientific practice. The second chapter describes in more detail what types of forensic reconstruction we have. The third chapter describes in detail the tactics of crime reconstruction. In the fourth chapter, the bachelor's thesis deals mainly with physical evidence that arises during a crime, such as trace evidence in forensic reconstruction, reconstruction of bloodstains or reconstruction of a shooting incident.
