Izolace specií rtuti ze sedimentů.

Abstract:
Cílem této práce je studium metod izolace specií rtuti, zejména methylrtuti a anorganické rtuti Hg(II), ze sedimentů a použití kombinované techniky spojující plynovou chromatografii pro dělení specií s atomovou fluorescenční spektrometrií pro detekci rtuti. V experimentální části jsem se zabývala metodou GC-AFS a pomocí mikroextrakce tuhou fází se pokusila rozdělit směs vybraných specií rtuti.
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to study the methods of isolation the mercury species, especially methylmercury and inorganic mercury Hg(II), from sediments and the use of the combined technique gas chromatography for species separation with atomic fluorescence spectrometry for mercury detection.
