Strategic goals of lifelong learning of primary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickými cíli celoživotního vzdělávání pedagogů základních škol. Cílem práce je analýza aktuálních a budoucích potřeb pedagogických pracovníků v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání obecně a se zaměřením na digitální vzdělávání. Dalším cílem práce je navrhnout úpravy strategických cílů rozvoje celoživotního vzdělávání v analyzované oblasti. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření a analýzou strategických dokumentů v oblasti Pardubického kraje a Místní akční skupiny Holicko. Výsledky šetření pak vedou ke zjištění vzdělávacích potřeb pedagogů, jejich motivaci a preference v oblasti vzdělávání. Naopak analýza strategických dokumentů spolu s výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukazuje, které strategické cíle je vhodné upravit a jak.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the strategic goals of lifelong learning of primary school teachers. The aim of the work is to analyze the current and future needs of teachers in the field of lifelong learning in general and with a focus on digital education. Another goal of the work is to design modifications of the strategic goals of teacher’s professional development within analyzed area. The evaluation is based on questionnaire survey and analysis of strategic documents in the Pardubice Region and the Holicko Local Action Group. The results of the survey lead to the identification of educational needs of teachers, their motivation and preferences in the field of their education. On the contrary, the analysis of strategic documents together with the results of the questionnaire survey shows which strategic goals should be modified and how.
