The topic of this master thesis is aimed at the research on kinetics of release of an effective compound verapamil hydrochloride from hydrophilic matrix tablets. The theoretical part is concerned with controlled release of medicaments, processes of dissolution, and mathematical models utilized for evaluation of dissolution data.
