Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou smlouvy o účtu, konkrétně se věnuje analýze zvláštní právní úpravy platebního účtu s vazbou na obecnou právní úpravu. V práci nalezneme kapitoly zabývající se vznikem, změnou a zánikem závazku ve smlouvě o účtu. Práce porovnává aktuální stav se změnami, které přináší NOZ. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the account contract, specifically it deals with the analysis of the special legislation of the payment account with a link to the general legal regulation. We will find chapters dealing with the creation,change and termination of the obligations in the account contract. The thesis compares the current state with the changes brought by NOZ.
