Incoming tourism of the Korean tourist to the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou příjezdového cestovního ruchu z Koreje do České Republiky. Hlavní cílem práce je zaměření se na dosavadní vývoj a zhodnocení současného a budoucího potenciálu příjezdového cestovního ruchu Jižní Koreje pro Českou Republiku. Práce definuje základní pojmy a charakteristiky CR. Další praktická část je zaměřena na detailní popis statistických údajů ohledně příjezdu Korejců do ČR, počet přenocování a výdaje. Pracuje se taktéž s údaji o charakteristice Korejců, jejich očekávání, požadavky a zvyky. Zároveň se práce zabývá analýzou nabídky a poptávky služeb a produktů , jak na českém tak na korejském trhu, jsou popsány nedostatky a přednosti ve vztahu ke korejské klientele. Součástí práce je i dotazníkové šetření na téma image ČR u Korejců a prognóza vývoje do budoucna.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of inbound tourism from Korea to the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to focus on the current development and evaluation of the current and future potential of South Korea's inbound tourism for the Czech Republic. The work defines the basic concepts and characteristics of CR. Another practical part is focused on a detailed description of the statistics on the arrival of Koreans in the Czech Republic, the number of overnight stays and expenses. It also works with data on the characteristics of the Koreans, their expectations, demands and habits. At the same time, the thesis deals with the analysis of the supply and demand of services and products, both on the Czech and Korean markets, there are described shortcomings and advantages in relation to the Korean clientele. Part of the thesis is a questionnaire survey on the image of the Czech Republic in the Koreans and a prognosis of future development.
