Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce pojednává o spolupráci sociálních pracovníků v oblasti sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Konkrétně se jedná o spolupráci mezi orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí na obecních úřadech obcí s rozšířenou působností v okrese Šumperk a mezi sociálně aktivizační službou pro rodiny s dětmi s názvem SOS Kompas. Cílem této práce je detailně zjistit, jaká je spolupráce mezi SOS Kompas Zábřeh a odděleními sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v okrese Šumperk. Tato absolventská práce komponována jako kvalitativní pilotáž pro mou bakalářskou práci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, metodologickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část práce se věnuje spolupráci v sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, to znamená vymezení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, její právní rámec a principy. Kromě toho se zabývá i objekty a subjekty sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále se teoretická část práce zaměřuje na spolupráci sociálních pracovníků v sociální práci a vymezuje konkrétní faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat spolupráci. V metodologické části je představena metodologie k empirické části práce, tedy vymezení výzkumné otázky a metody výzkumu. Také popisuje výzkumný vzorek, techniku sběru a analýzy dat. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje výsledkům kvalitativního výzkumu a také je zde uvedena diskuze a shrnutí výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the collaboration of social workers in the area of social and legal protection of children. Specifically, it deals with the collaboration between the Authorities for Social and Legal Protection of Children in the Šumperk district of municipalities with extended competence and SOS Kompas, a social activation service for families with children. The aim of this thesis is to find out, in detail, what the mutual cooperation between these two subjects looks like. At the same time, it is composed as a qualitative pilot study for my bachelor thesis. The thesis is divided into three parts – theory, methodology, and research. The theoretical part deals with cooperation within the area of social and legal protection of children, which means defining social and legal protection of children, its legislation and principles. It also describes the objects and subjects of social and legal protection of children. The theoretical part also defines collaboration of social workers within social work, as well as factors that affect said collaboration. The following part describes the methodology used for the empirical part of the research, specifically the research question and research method. The research sample, data collection method, and data analysis are also described. In the research part, the qualitative research results are discussed, and the whole research is summarized.
