Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením pojmosloví pro oblast věcných břemen, dále pak porovnáním aktuálně platného zákona č. 237/2020 Sb. se zákonem č. 151/1997 Sb. platným v předešlém časovém období. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou ukázky ocenění bytové jednotky zatížené věcným břemenem, sestavené aplikací těchto zákonů a následná komparace zjištěných dat.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the compilation of terminology for the area of ​​easements, and then with a comparison of the currently valid Act No. 237/2020 Coll. with Act No. 151/1997 Coll. valid in the previous time period.
