Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření business strategie pro společnost Bezobalu pro následujících pět let. Strategie by měla vycházet ze současné situace na trhu i uvnitř ve společnosti. Na základě zmíněných analýz poté autor navrhne změny a přidá doporučení, které budou tvořit celkovou strategii.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a business strategy for Bezobalu company for the next five years. The strategy should be based on the current situation in the market and within the company. Based on the mentioned analyses, the author will then propose changes and add recommendations that will form the overall strategy.
