Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat problematikou věcných břemen. Ta představují jeden z druhů věcných práv k věci cizí. Mají dlouhou historii sahající až do období starověkého Říma. Proto je první kapitola práce zaměřena obecně na pojem věcných břemen, jejich funkci a vývoj právní úpravy v průběhu dějin. Další kapitoly práce obsahují již současnou platnou úpravu věcných břemen v českém právu. …more

In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the issue of easements. These represent one of the types of rights in rem to another's property, and as such have a long history dating back to the period of ancient Rome.
